this just rocks!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:18 AM) :

It's so funny! Mid October and some people wear sleeveless dresses like this young lady, while the lady next post is all wrapped up... Still wonderful to see all the human urban landscapes!

Blogger Syed said ... (7:27 AM) :

Love their hair, the dress is wonderful and I adore the boots, especially the lining.

Blogger Unknown said ... (7:28 AM) :

Do you think their mother used to dress them alike when they were kids?

Gorgeous hair they share. Although I think it would appreciate some more care or shape. It's too long

I love the green dress and sure it looks even better with the leather jacket she is holding

Saludos!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:46 AM) :

these twins belong in a renaissance painting! gorgeous

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:04 AM) :

their hair is just gorgeous. they don't need crazy Rihanna hairdos to pretend to have "more care"

Blogger cami falcão said ... (8:19 AM) :

they need an appointment with my hairdresser

Blogger Unknown said ... (8:24 AM) :

i also thought - oh those two look like they belong in a painting by one of the pre-raphaelites! such lovely hair.

was it a lucky shot that the two gentlemen in the background framed by the twins in the foreground are dressed so similarly (too each other, that is) as well?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:43 AM) :

what a great shot! it's too good.

Blogger starbahks said ... (9:25 AM) :

what a great moment.
Cheers, Sart!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:29 AM) :

Deja vu--I feel like I've seen this pic of your somewhere before??

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:42 AM) :

Riverdance

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:44 AM) :

great! would love to see the hair on the top of their head.

Blogger maggie_hogan said ... (10:09 AM) :

red hair // green dress... hello complimentary colors! well-played.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:19 AM) :

That green dress is just beautiful. Wow.

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:31 AM) :

I think their hair is GORGEOUS and absolutely NOT too long. Why do fashionista's always criticize long hair, and then spend hundreds on extensions?

Blogger John-Bryan Hopkins said ... (10:35 AM) :

Venus de milo hair

Beauties!

the girl on the left is so much better.

with I could see them straight on though

Blogger Emma Adeline said ... (10:35 AM) :

one word: perfection.

Blogger Olviya said ... (10:50 AM) :

twins, but seems like they are different: one of them dressed more formal\classical, the other - more romantic\hippie...

Blogger Arethusa said ... (10:54 AM) :

An Akris spring dress already out and about...very nice!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:17 AM) :

I'm afraid I can't say much about their hair, but I can say that the girl on the left has great boots. I also love the skirt and I'm sure if I saw the front of the shirt, I'd love it too.

Blogger meredith said ... (11:21 AM) :

Lovely. They look as if they walked out of a Botticelli painting.

Blogger fashionfatwa said ... (11:24 AM) :

Halal and halal! I love those foldover boots hmm where can I get myself a pair?

Blogger Siena Nico Rowen said ... (11:50 AM) :

its so weird how they mimic each other's movements in the twisting of the body and leg movements. its adorable!

Blogger Dominica said ... (11:58 AM) :

indeed, angelic faces and love both outfits, but prefer the green dress the most...

Blogger Hadley Makes said ... (12:08 PM) :

I love those boots!

Blogger sadia said ... (12:11 PM) :

love their hair and both their outfits! very cute!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:11 PM) :

i love the way the boots give the outfit a new twist! :)and their hair is sooo pretty!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:14 PM) :

Twins. What a concept. Whoever thought that up must be a genius. They're beautiful and their hair is just too much in the best way.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:26 PM) :

I don't think their hair is too long at all. It would look neater pulled back, but one doesn't always want to look neat. The green dress on the girl on the left makes me think of a mermaid.

Blogger Hanna said ... (12:26 PM) :

Beautiful hair!

Blogger Flike said ... (12:58 PM) :

AMAZING!!!

Blogger Liz said ... (1:21 PM) :

i was just thinking they had very renaissance faces.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:17 PM) :

very early geeky sarah jessica parker... in a good way..

Blogger STEFANIE said ... (2:51 PM) :

Wow they really do look alike! Love the green dress outfit!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:23 PM) :

OMG, they have Felicity hair!

Blogger aviewaskew said ... (4:20 PM) :

pre-raphaelite beauties..a nice gentle shot sart...lovely.

and the clothing ROCKS!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:23 PM) :

Agreed!

They really look like these women from old paintings.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:33 PM) :

Oh my goodness, the green dress is incredible! Etherial, original, classic yet modern... the pattern reminds me of Gustv Klimt, I love that little tie on the back, love the leather jacket she is carrying, and the girl's hair in combination with the woondland-ish dress reminds me of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Amazing!

Unfortunately, her sister is upstaged, but she's done a good job too.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:50 PM) :

I see two completely different women.

I love the power of fashion.

Blogger Peter said ... (5:06 PM) :

Beautiful twins! Funny that their walks are "in sync".

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:23 PM) :

Living Boticelli

Blogger gabrielazeanadal@hotmail.com said ... (5:23 PM) :

Lovely! Sisters? I love that marmaid hair! And the dress in the left goes very well with it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:40 PM) :

Oh my goodness they look like they're from a fairy tale. The left one is like a mermaid and the right one is some kind of Pocahontas. They are striking, I love this photo.

Blogger Brigadeiro said ... (5:59 PM) :

Wow, I used to have similar boots to the one on the right, but these are better as they're flat, love 'em!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:20 PM) :

i love how they dress different but still give of the same boho chic vibe
:D

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:21 PM) :

What – Madonna and Carlos Leon had three daughters?

That or they're Spring and Fall, two of the Four Seasons going to lunch together.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:23 PM) :

their hair needs some product and a straightening iron! but their outfits are great. the green dress is gorgeous. and the lining on the boots adds some nice flair to the outfit. i also love her matching clutch.

Blogger John B Pritchett said ... (9:12 PM) :

Love the dress and the boots! Interesting hair...

Blogger la femme said ... (9:18 PM) :

what a great capture!

Blogger Shaynuh said ... (9:21 PM) :

Beautiful shot! I love their hair! :)

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:18 PM) :

This is simply a great photograph!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:52 PM) :

they look striking together, but i wonder if you wouldn't have simply walked past if either were walking by themselves.
Not that the outfits are bad, just not particularly amazing on their own. The hair x2 is what makes it.

Blogger Nicole said ... (12:39 AM) :

Can you imagine all the comments they'll get about their hair :) I have a feeling when they were growing up...they wanted it straight. C'est la vie..the grass is always greener.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:09 AM) :

Anonymous at 7:46 nailed it. Cranach, for sure. The green dress look is very pre-lapsarian..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:54 AM) :

ooh love hair love hair...i want!
they look like they jumped out of a painting...esp the girl on the right

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:48 PM) :

They're great. It's as if the twin girls from The Shining grew up and became very stylish!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:10 PM) :

Where can I get those boots???

Blogger ellen said ... (7:05 AM) :

I realise a bunch of people have already said this but they look like they are from a Dante Gabriel Rossetti painting. Lovely. I love their hair, and that green dress is such a great colour on her.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:16 PM) :

I'm pretty sure these are sisters not twins. I like the green dress. And is that a motorcycle jacket I see on the arm.
However, the other, I like the individual pieces (maybe not the shirt). However, together instead of looking classic it looks boring. Like she is a french country girl just come to Paris for a day. On the cusp of being discovered, but not yet discovered.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:38 PM) :

One looks taller than the other...or is it because the sidewalk is tilted? Anyways I love both outfits and I definitely think they're twins. The one on the right has cool boots and the left one would look even cooler with that leather motorcycle jacket on.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:41 AM) :

I LOVE THEIR HAIR

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:03 PM) :

oh my god, amazing, i remember seeing these two girls walk out of the maurice in paris where we were having tea. so beautiful and an amazing presence. jaw dropping in real life. who are youuuuuuuuuuuuu??

Blogger Christina Catherine said ... (1:38 AM) :

I remember seeing these girls in LA just days before this photo. They are breathtaking in person.

Blogger Georgia Kirkpatrick said ... (5:00 PM) :

Twins are big this year.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:04 AM) :

omigosh it's like they leaped out of a botticelli painting onto a parisian street in modern clothes. its amazing, they are such renaissance muses, but their clothes are impeccable. AH!

Blogger vufrityri said ... (12:38 AM) :

Its beautiful!

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:58 PM) :

I love the dress!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:45 PM) :

They look like Simonetta Vespucci.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:22 PM) :

they are twins and neither is taller than the other...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:05 AM) :

hmm, weren't they also snapped at the begining of this year Sart????
Anyway, gorgeous!
