I like it! Interesting but not overdone. And it looks like she could actually walk up those steps (no 5 inch heels).

Blogger Miiicha said ... (1:18 PM) :

Don't like it to much Matrix

Anonymous Sophie, the Barton Girl said ... (1:56 PM) :

Yup, amazing hardware indeed! I'm not nuts about this sort of look but that girl is the epitome of style in the way she just owns that whole look.

Blogger m. said ... (2:05 PM) :

God, I searched my life time for that sunglasses!

and the leather jacket looks very cool and pop with theese rolled-up sleeves.

Blogger Deafkid said ... (2:48 PM) :

I'm sorry but I can't agree with everybody on the necklace. It looks try-hard and cheap in my opinion, not to mention incredibly uncomfortable.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:39 PM) :

I'm just crazy about her use of silver and black! I want shoes like that so bad!

Blogger Stephanie Clayton said ... (3:54 PM) :

"yes" to all of this-
i just love how she's repeated one particular element- the silver band: sandals, ring & futuristic necklace. it's eye-catching without looking contrived or too matchy.

Blogger Brigadeiro said ... (5:56 PM) :

Oh my! The jacket, the ring, the sandals, the nails & choker...absolutely amazing! :)
xx

Blogger Landis said ... (7:32 PM) :

reminds me of a woman in chicago that tim and i used to admire all over town. that woman "of a certain age", with the shaved head, exquisite features, and always in some extreme piece of fashion. my favorite was the boyfriend jean/gladiator sandal/mcqueen tooled leather bustier.

Blogger Menucha photography said ... (7:42 PM) :

this is similiar to my fashion theory..what i'm into is bringing the top and bottom together..like an accesory on top, and then matching shoies ex. a beige headband and beige flats...the rest of the outfit doesnt have to match tho..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:52 PM) :

BEST POST IN ALONG TIME!

Blogger Cookie Cutter said ... (11:59 PM) :

Her acessories are way cool! Love them! They contrast so perfectly with the black.

Anonymous princess glee said ... (12:16 AM) :

Yes, yes, yes!

Anybody think she resembles Julia Roberts?

Blogger clareassiral said ... (12:48 AM) :

it's amazing how 'co-ordinated' it looks without looking overly 'co-ordinated'. am i making any sense?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:25 AM) :

I love her outfit, it's different

Blogger Kristina said ... (3:44 AM) :

She Is FIERCE!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:53 AM) :

I love the whole look except the necklace which is a bit too high to look comfortable.

Blogger Oui said ... (8:48 AM) :

I love love love her look!

Blogger nigritude.short said ... (10:34 AM) :

very lady gaga... no get me wrong, i love lady gaga's style.

Blogger Joy Mars said ... (1:49 PM) :

To h. with the fact that the necklace is reminiscent of a slave collar?

Is that the gist?

Sure her other accessories match. But still.

I need a quirkier sense of humor.

Anonymous Sally said ... (2:17 PM) :

The silver piece around her neck looks like a sharp neck brace. Makes me shiver.

Anonymous George said ... (9:34 PM) :

I like that you're showing people with differently-abled bodies.

Blogger erin nuts said ... (12:09 AM) :

gorgeous - this is the kind of simple I love. and what a tough necklace to pull off that casually, it's amazing. I would be curious to know her ethnicity, too

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:08 AM) :

sucks

Anonymous WILD STREAK said ... (3:00 AM) :

two words that strike me instantly.... Fierce and Original!
I love the way its done..
that necklace may b a li'l uncomfortable but worth the effect!!

whoever said fashion was about comfort... shopped at walmart!

Blogger Gaia said ... (5:15 AM) :

AMAZING

Blogger Forest City Fashionista said ... (11:23 AM) :

She definitely looks fierce--the accessories are striking, but not fussy. I love large pieces like that with clean lines, and she carries them off well.

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:50 PM) :

I always love to see original styles. The glasses and the ring are perfection!
