love this!! she looks amazing.

Anonymous mabelmabel said ... (10:23 AM) :

Swashbuckling, an adjective not usually applied to Parisians, but I think it fits. Sleek lines, substantial fabrics, confident ease of the whole in a wild western arrondissement?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:26 AM) :

Another beautiful image. Scott, I adore this blog and visit daily. So uplifting and inspiring - you tap into the true beauty and value of style, and it has little to do with money or trends or social status. I love this image ... the hat is like something from Australian wartime so it looks so fascintating in this context.

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:28 AM) :

compare this to "jumper and topper in London"...the hair, the hat, the bag, the coat shape, hand in pocket.. j&tinL is sloppy.. this one is fantastic..."menswear" pulled up to a whole new level!

Blogger Sasha said ... (10:28 AM) :

the combination of the soft lighting of the street and the camel coat is breath-taking.

Blogger FlashFash said ... (10:28 AM) :

cream and caramel in a sea of black.

Anonymous proletarian Great Gatsby said ... (11:00 AM) :

I love the contrast/combination between the luminous elements (the camel coat, trousers, sweater),beautiful but too discreet and the special touch given by the hat ant the stripped bag.

Blogger Vera said ... (11:00 AM) :

Just love the pants!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:03 AM) :

she is going for a very casual style a la Annie Hall and yet the affectation is so visible. The colours match too well, even the fact that the hat isn't on straight. All of it creates a pretty if false image, not at all what the inspiration was about.

yes she is young and pretty and skinny and can copy past styles. so?

Blogger Jacq said ... (11:09 AM) :

She looks like a super-groomed, fab version of the London woman in the wrinkly jumpsuit, coat and hat posted a day or two ago. Beige and cream/white looks so chic.

Blogger COCOCOZY said ... (11:09 AM) :

I like the shoes. Very fashionable!

This is the gal from a few days ago. Same hat, different shoes, no pj's (or jumpsuit). I still don't like her look. She needs attention.

She is pretty and has great hair, but I find her style way too Annie Hall.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:17 PM) :

Blogger Unknown said ... (2:46 PM) :

she is absolutely stunning

Anonymous patricia said ... (5:00 PM) :

Oy. This is a prime example of "fashionable but not remotely flattering." Those pants look ridiculous. Please tell me I am not the only one who sees that. However, the lighting is beautiful.
This girl has her pose down flat. I'm a tad annoyed.

Blogger laweezil said ... (6:48 PM) :

Annie Hall done right!

Anonymous Loessene said ... (8:19 PM) :

This is absolutely stunning! I love the hat, and what makes this picture even more beautiful is that everyone else in the background is dressed in dark colors. It's such a great contrast.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:19 AM) :

This is style perfection.

Anonymous Cleaning out my closet said ... (2:11 PM) :

This woman is my favorite. She is everywhere, and all her looks are beyond perfection.

Reminds me of the character played by Jean-Louis Barrault in film, Les enfants du paradis.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:18 PM) :

I was thinking the same thing, although I suppose she is not a mime.

Anonymous Yari said ... (1:36 PM) :

That hair is surreal!

Blogger alexandra said ... (3:03 PM) :

subtle and 'legere'. "out of the world',protected by hat and spoiled by boots:-). surrounded by luxury and playing with forms. I like it!

look at her eyes of naugty little girl :-)

Blogger Marisa said ... (12:00 AM) :

I love Paris, look what it can inspire, this Amazing outfit!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:41 PM) :

Ses cheveux!!! Un look absolument magnifique...

Blogger Unknown said ... (4:49 PM) :

This photo stick out from the others somehow, the usually perfect fashion follower you portray has broken the rules. How? The hair... The outfit is interesting and exquisitely matched, but without the beautiful two-toned hair the picture wouldnt be as dazzling. Fantastic photo.
