i miss my wool coats that i was wearing in Paris. Here in NY, it's either too cold or too hot. you can wear a woolen coat only a few days in the year. (or i'm not tough enough :))
very nice light in this photo. winter light in paris, when it's not too grey is the best.

Blogger extreme chic said ... (8:04 AM) :

Boots are always a faux-pas, even with long legs but she otherwise cuts an enchanting figure in an enchanting landscape.

Love the dress tied with the brown cord. Also love the gloves, and the coat...

http://izzenxoxo.blogspot.com/

Blogger Tord said ... (10:45 AM) :

Everything above the knees is perfect. The boots look ridiculous, like trousers bunched at the ankles when one is using the toilet.

Blogger Hedda said ... (10:54 AM) :

Oh my god look at those legs!!

Blogger Tora said ... (10:57 AM) :

What spectacular legs. She looks great. Divine, that blue.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:20 AM) :

The outfit is beautiful, but those legs are the show-stopper.

Blogger Lisa Petrarca said ... (11:20 AM) :

Love the coat and boots. I think usually only people with really thin legs look good in those type of boots though.

I just posted new pics of my sons latest NY photo shoot...stop by.

Great Fashion!

Anonymous Sans Artifice said ... (11:27 AM) :

Anja! Wonderful to see her here, she is such a warm person in addition to being a great model. Her style is always tops too - love the mix of colors and textures in this outfit.

Blogger miszmilk said ... (11:39 AM) :

So long and lean. Love it.

Anonymous princess glee said ... (11:41 AM) :

I have 1 regret in life. To not have been born with thin thighs. Makes me crazy that I can't acheive this look or wear leather pants. Eh, maybe next life.

Blogger Samantha said ... (11:45 AM) :

i want to be this girl... so chic, effortlessly blending the seasons and the sunnies! fantastic all around...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:48 AM) :

This is so perfect. I'm inspired.

Blogger wordybird0421 said ... (11:53 AM) :

Not for me. Glasses too big. In combination with the tiny head, there is an insect-like quality. Not crazy about the shoulders on the coat, either--or the color.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:58 AM) :

You have no idea how much I love this look. It looks put together, but not matchy matchy. She looks fashionable, but not unapproachable. And you see all the good parts of her body type. Since I am 5'11", I am on the hunt for a chambray dress.

Does anyone know who makes it?

Blogger FASHION SNAG said ... (12:02 PM) :

Beautiful outfit. I love everything about it down to the shoes. xo

Anonymous Dawne said ... (12:19 PM) :

Gob has been smacked. Jaw has been dropped. Style made simple.

Blogger Nick Leonard said ... (1:03 PM) :

Yeah, she kind of looks like Anja Rubik. Beautiful outfit/photo.

Blogger Moriarty said ... (1:06 PM) :

The texture of the coat and shirt looks very well together.

Blogger Alisa said ... (1:07 PM) :

Love it, great texture!

Anonymous mabelmabel said ... (1:10 PM) :

Let's all flip our collars, today, if only for a glimpse of how the smallest change can tip a look into something special (although, granted, this look is pretty special without any "styling" at all).

Blogger Glamour-Och-Fläskpannkaka said ... (1:13 PM) :

a lovely coat!

http://donotshoeme.blogspot.com/

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:33 PM) :

Can anyone ID the coat?
Amazing shot. Perfect Proportions.

Anonymous Annie said ... (4:21 PM) :

Absolutely loving this. And the blue smock shout-out to Spring is lovely.

Blogger Criteriamour said ... (4:21 PM) :

I love how it looks like her boots are anchoring her to the floor.

Blogger burcu d. said ... (6:31 PM) :

everything on her is just wonderful...except the boots. dont't like them.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:58 PM) :

I really like this look! I love the texture of the coat and dress, and the boots and belt accesorize very nicely.
Although I must say, this girl needs some more meat on her bones...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:00 PM) :

Nicely done. I really like it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:13 PM) :

A long-legged colt in blue chambray! Gorgeous!

Blogger amoi said ... (8:39 PM) :

love. it.

the clean lines of the coat (which i absolutely love) w/ the slouchy-ness of the boots w/ the vivid chambray shirt-dress w/ the "built-Ford-tough" suede gloves.

Anonymous Michele said ... (9:20 PM) :

I kind'a like the boots. I think they actually work...unlike the floppy Chloe ones you had in NYC (?? i think) a while back

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:55 PM) :

Very Last Tango in Paris

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:13 PM) :

strangely, no. the boots and gloves are too sloppy while everything else seems well done.

Blogger myheartisoklahoma said ... (3:12 AM) :

good coat fit :)

Anonymous Joanna Roman said ... (9:09 AM) :

at first glance... nothing whatsoever...but if you pay attention to the details: she is full of them, and all are great without screaming loudly" "look at me"
nice, very nice :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:32 AM) :

Want.that.coat. and the boots, and the belt...

Blogger Peachy said ... (9:51 AM) :

Enviable legs, enviable outfit.

Blogger Beth Lee said ... (10:16 AM) :

loveitloveitloveitloveitloveit

Blogger Juan Manuel Trejo Sánchez said ... (10:37 AM) :

The style, the accesories, the stance, the attitude, the face expression, the lips, the hairdo... Wow!

Blogger LaKocina said ... (11:08 AM) :

isn´t she Maryna Linchuk?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:11 PM) :

Love it all, especially the coat! Unlike some of the others here, I like the boots. But they are not for everyone - only those with thin legs would look good in them. I think that the boots would make chunky legs look even bigger.

Anonymous http://seeyourstyle.blogspot.com/ said ... (3:00 PM) :

The textures in her dress and coat play off of each other beautifully.

Blogger Calvin said ... (4:02 PM) :

color match is perfection.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:41 PM) :

Sorry, but the dress is way too short with that jacket. Is she working or shopping...?

If working, it is too short. I'd love to see more "working" clothes. (That is, clothes that we regular folks can wear:)

Anonymous GUGA said ... (4:33 AM) :

This combination makes u look like 7ft tall....incredibly well done..i love those boots....she's got a narrow figure and she knows how to use it in her favor.... thats hard to do... cuz most people think it is easier to be thin tall and narrow.. its not..it enhances every single flaw....like her neck...if it wasnt for the coat.. it would look balanced.... and she would end up lookin like an alien...

LADY u rocked with what u got.... thats why i respect u!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:25 PM) :

Very nice!!

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:46 PM) :

wow, i LOVE this. that belt and the coat and the denim, wow.

Anonymous Xanax said ... (2:11 PM) :

This is none other than top model Anja Rubik. SIMPLY GORGEOUS!

Anonymous Anabelle said ... (1:10 PM) :

LEGS!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:43 PM) :

I was about to make the "Maryna Linchuk" joke but Roxana did it before me!
Respect...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:29 PM) :

The glasses and the boots make her look like she's stepped out of the 80's
