I'm not usually one to criticize the experimentation of others in dressing...but they may be the ugliest shoes I have ever seen.
Having said that, this outfit is great from the ankles up! (And this man more than makes up for the shoes with his face...)

I love brown and white-- a rich chocolate with a pure or ivory is always great.
However in this case I think he would more flattered in a different combination of these pieces. All the pieces are great separately but not together--the chinos need a chunkier cardigan and those shoes need a more classic slimmer pant.
Everything--including the cross-legged pose--is perfect except for the overly complicated shoes. This guy and the blue jacket-white shirt-bluejeans man are amongst the best men you've pictured.
